Banana Bread

Today was a beautiful day out (finally), which got me in a good mood and energized enough to bake. There were some very ripe bananas sitting on the counter that I thought could be put to use. So I called my mom and got my great-grandmother's banana bread recipe that I grew up on.

What you need:

Step 1: Combine the sugar, butter & eggs. My mom said to "cream" so I took it as stick it in the Kitchenaid mixer.

Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix baking soda & sour cream.

Step 3: In the first bowl, mix in the flour, bananas, vanilla & salt.

Step 4: Add in the baking soda & sour cream mixture. Beat again. Pour mix into greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350 & enjoy.
